Terrence Ronald Winter

Terrence Ronald Winter - 77 years of Dundee, MI - died on Monday July 7, 2025, at his

residence under the care of Heartland Hospice. There will be no services. Cremation

has occurred.

Born on June 12, 1948 - in Monroe, MI – Terrence was the son of Melvin and Gertrude

(Stzelecki) Winter. He attended Dundee High School. Terrence married Kathy Gies in

Monroe, MI, on May 31, 2002. He was a die setter and laborer for Tecumseh Products

(Tecumseh, MI) for 25 years and Dundee Casting (Dundee, MI) for 27 years, retiring in

2010. When he wasn’t working, Terrence enjoyed gardening, woodworking,

lighthouses, and spending quality time with family and friends. Terrence was also a

member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church (Petersburg, MI).

Survivors include his wife Kathy Winter, his sons Jason and Ryan (Kelly) Winter, his

stepdaughters Suzan (Joshua) Johnson, Melissa (Andrew) Schuster, and Pauline

(Joshua) Schieb, his brother Cliff (Kathy) Winter, his sisters Marcia (Jim) Mattice and

Bonnie Schall, and grandchildren Ethan, Jason, Addison, Wyatt and Kurtis. Terrence

was preceded in death by his parents and his brother-in-law Steven Schall.

Memorial contributions can be made out to Dundee Senior Citizens and / or Humane

Society of Monroe.
