Daniel Warner

Daniel Warner, 87 years of Petersburg, MI, died Sunday December 8, 2024, in his home surrounded by family under the care of Hospice of Lenawee. The burial took place at Maple Grove Cemetery, Dundee, MI.

Born April 20, 1937, in Monroe, MI. Daniel was the son of Henry and Margaret (Knowlton) Warner Sr. He attended Monroe High School. He married Patricia Conner on January 19, 1957, in Monroe, MI. Daniel worked for over 30 years with the Ford Motor Company as an assembly worker, retiring in 1996. He was a former member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Ida, MI, the UAW Local 849 and dance clubs in Toledo, OH. He loved NASCAR, beekeeping, his apple orchard, woodworking, hunting, fishing and camping.

Survivors include: his wife Patricia; children, David Warner, Thomas Warner, Danita (Brian) Moloney, Gail (Eric) Smith, Dana (Todd) Regnier; 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren with 1 on the way. He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, Henry “Hank” Warner Jr., Charles Warner, Janet Fox and a grandson, Eamon Moloney.
