Patricia Lou Weyher (VanVoorhies)

Patricia Lou Weyher (VanVoorhies), 85 yrs of Petersburg, MI, died Thursday Nov 5, 2026, in her residence under Elara Care Hospice. Friends may call at the Capaul Funeral Home, Ida, MI, Tuesday November 10, 2026, from 10AM until the services at 11AM. Pastor Aaron Werner of prince of Peace Lutheran Church, Ida, MI, will officiate. Cremation will occur after.

Born February 6, 1941, in Monroe, MI. Patricia was the daughter of Pete and Inez (Hoover) Vanvoorhies. She was a 1959 Deerfield High School Graduate. Patricia married Lavern “Curt” Weyher. Curt died May 14, 1998. Patricia was a homemaker who loved to travel, going to the lake, family gatherings, mushrooming and spending time with grandchildren. 

Survivors include: her daughters, Lisa (Tom) Roberts, Betsy Bogedain; sister, Ellen Lockhart; son-in-law, Bob Hottenstein, grandchildren, Melisa, Haley, Cota (Greg), Curtis (Dayna), BryAnn, Ashleigh, Michelle, TJ; 12 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by parents, husband, daughters, Shelley, Stacey, Brian Bogedain, granddaughter, Natasha and companion, Billi Bracey.
