Brad David Prochnow

Brad David Prochnow, 51 of Deerfield, MI, died on Sunday March 22, 2026, at Toledo ProMedica Hospital.  Cremation has occurred.

Born on August 19, 1974, Brad was the son of David Prochnow and Chris Balogh.  He was a 1992 Monroe High School graduate.  After high school, he graduated from Monroe County Community College in 1996 with an associate’s degree and Wayne State University in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree in Mortuary Science.  For over 30 years, Brad was a funeral director.  He married Rashel Rogers on September 8, 2000, in Monroe, MI.  When Brad wasn’t working, he enjoyed camping, relaxing by the pool, eating out at different restaurants, his dogs Leo and Mosbey, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Survivors include his wife Rashel Prochnow, his daughters Ceirra and Corryn Prochnow, his mother and stepfather Chris (Lou) Balogh, his brother Todd (Tonilynn) Prochnow, his father-in-law and mother-in-law David (Barb) Rogers, his brother-in-law Jason (Jenny) Rogers, his sister-in-law Heather (Aric) Bennett, and many nieces and nephews.  Brad was preceded in death by his father David Prochnow and many grandparents.
