Dale Russell Stevens

Dale Russell Stevens, 73 yrs, of Petersburg, died in his home under the care of ProMedica Hospice, Ann Arbor, on Thursday July 21st, 2022. Friends may call at the Capaul Funeral Home, Ida, MI, Wednesday July 27, 2022, from 2-8PM. There will be a visitation on Thursday July 28, 2022, from 10AM until services at 11AM at Capaul Funeral Home, Ida, MI. Pastor Kelly Zawodni of Ida United Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Petersburg, Mi.

Born February 5th, 1949, in Monroe, MI. Dale was the son of Clyde and Martha (McConnell) Stevens. He was a 1967 Monroe High School Graduate. He served honorably with the US Army in Vietnam from June 5, 1968- June 4, 1970. He married Betty Morgan on June 20, 1970, in Calvary United Methodist Church, Monroe, MI. Dale was a Millwright for the Ford Motor Company for 30 yrs. He was a member of Ida United Methodist Church, Ida, MI; VFW, American Legion, charter member of Southeastern Michigan Tractor Engine Association and Monroe County Fair Board Member for 30 yrs.

Survivors include: his wife, Betty; children, Richard (Adra) Stevens, Jim (Kelly Gray) Stevens, Angie (Leigh Landriault) Stevens; brother, Ron (Carla) Stevens and grandchildren, Matthew, Abigail, Samantha, Grace, Jenna, and Ella. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Bob Stevens and grandson, Alan Stevens.
