Judith Ann Geyman (McClish)

April 4th, 1948 - April 6th, 2021

Judith Ann Geyman (McClish), 73 yrs, of Ida, MI passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 6, 2021, surrounded by her husband, children, and lifelong friend Judy. She will lie in state at St. Gabriel Catholic Parish, St. Joseph Catholic Church, Ida, MI, from 10 Am until the Mass of the Resurrection at 11 AM on Monday, April 12, 2021. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, only 80 attendees are permitted with face masks and social distancing. Fr. Don Geyman will officiate. Burial will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Ida, MI.

Born April 4, 1948, in Monroe, MI. Judith was the daughter of Bertie Ray and Kathryn (Wolf) McClish. She was a 1966 Ida High School Graduate. She married William "Bill" Geyman on November 25, 1971, in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Ida, MI. She was a secretary for the DTE Fermi Plant licensing department from 1985-2015 and formerly was a secretary at the University of Michigan from 1966-1971. She was a member of St. Gabriel Catholic Parish, St. Joseph Catholic Church, Dundee Senior Center, she enjoyed watching grandchildren's sporting events, camping up north with family, and her dream vacations to Hawaii twice.


Survivors include her husband, Bill; children, Shawn (Michele) Geyman, Jamie (Chad) Bitz, Michael Geyman; sister-in-law Doris Gensler; grandchildren, Jack, Ashley Bitz, Edwin, Anthony, Isaac Geyman, Joshua Fountain, and great-grandchildren, Kaydence, Kymberlee, Kooper and Madison Fountain. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, John Gensler, William, Robert, Lee McClish, in-laws Edwin & Jane Geyman, Judy, Barb Geyman, Robert & David Geyman, and Orville Wenrick.
