Juanita Meyers

Juanita Meyers, 78yrs of Lansing MI, died on Monday October 11th, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her husband Gerald and children Lisa and Renee (Chad) under the care of Elara Hospice. She will lie in state on Tuesday 10/19/2021 at St. Therese Catholic Church in Lansing MI from 10am until the Mass of the Resurrection at 11am. Father John Fain will officiate. Burial will be at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery in Lansing MI.

Born October 3rd, 1943, Juanita was the daughter of Elias SR. and Maria (Bueno) Estrada. She was a 1962 Eastern High School Graduate (Lansing MI). She married Gerald Meyers on 5/24/1969 in Lansing MI. She worked as a secretary for Midwest Title Co. for 15yrs, retiring in 2010. She loved reading, walking, and spending quality time with her grandchildren. She was a giving, forgiving, gentle, unselfish, and most importantly - best wife, mom, and nana.

Survivors include: her husband Gerald Meyers; daughters Lisa Meyers, Renee (Chad) Waterstradt; siblings Elias JR. (Mary), Robert (Kathy), Richard (Jamie), Frank (Becky), Ernie (June), David (Ruth), Joe (Theresa), Art (Erin), John (Beth), Dolores (Ray) Frisbie, Connie Estrada, Maria (Richard) Copeland, and granddaughters Olivia and Bridget. She was preceded by her parents.
