Dianne Marie Nash (Kowalski)

Dianne Marie Nash (Kowalski), 74 yrs, of Monroe, MI, passed away Wednesday March 3, 2021, in her home surrounded by her loved ones. Born July 29, 1946, in Detroit, MI. Dianne was the daughter of Leo and Elizabeth (Wojcik) Kowalski Jr. She was a 1964 Redford High School Graduate. She married Ronald Nash Sr. on June 4, 1966, in Inkster, MI. She retired from Dundee Community Schools after working many years as an aide on the school bus and in the elementary office. She enjoyed playing bunco and cards with her friends and riding Harleys with her husband Ron. Together the two traveled to many places like Sturgis Bike Week, Alaska and the Caribbean, but above all else there was no other place she would rather be than spending time with her family and her dog Trixie at their cabin up north on Little Bear Lake in Lewiston, MI.

Survivors include: her husband of 54 years, Ronald Nash Sr.; children, Ronald (Melinda) Nash Jr., Scott (Lisa) Nash, Kelly (Chuck) Kerr; a sister, Nancy Stock and grandchildren, Collin and Evan Kerr, Lucas Nash and Alexander and Aaron Nash. She was preceded in death by her parents.

She will lie-in-state on Saturday March 13, 2021, from 10 AM until the services at 11 AM at Divine Grace Catholic Parish, St. Joseph Catholic Church, Maybee, MI. A limit of 125 people with social distancing and mask wearing will be required. Rev. Dr. Michael Woroniewicz will officiate. A private entombment will take place at Roselawn Memorial Park, LaSalle, MI.
