Sheryl “Sherry” Lynn Deitz (Ihrig)

Sheryl “Sherry” Lynn Deitz (Ihrig), 72 yrs of Monroe, formerly of Ida, died Monday June 23, 2025, in ProMedica Regency Hospital, Monroe, Mi. Cremation has occurred. There will be a celebration of life for Sherry on Sunday June 29, 2025, at 1854 Roman Drive, Monroe, MI at 2pm.

Born December 21, 1952, in Monroe, MI. Sherry was the daughter of Robert and Marjorie (Weilnau) Ihrig Sr. She was a 1971 Ida High School Graduate. She worked as a cook in various restaurants. She loved spending time with her kids, grandkids, great-grandkids and sisters.

Survivors include: her sons, Brian (Autumn Croley) Deitz, Ray (Tammy) Deitz, Scott (Laura) Ihrig; siblings, Robert Jr., Mark (Claudia), Brian (Marian), Darlene (Barb), Marla (Barb); 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Michael and Debra.
