Beverly "June" Bacarella, 67 years, of Temperance, died Friday, January 27, while under the care of Mercy Memorial Hospice of Monroe. Friends may call at the Capaul Funeral Home, Ida, Monday, January 30, 2012, from 11 AM to 9 PM, with a Lynn C. Weeman, American Legion Post 514, Ladies Auxiliary Service at 7 PM. She will lie in state Tuesday, at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Temperance, from 10 AM until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Fr. Sama Muma will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Born February 11, 1944, in San Diego, CA, Beverly was the daughter of Carl and Muriel (Eidson) Henning. A 1963 Airport High School Graduate, she attended the Michigan College of Beauty and the Colbman School of Beauty, Flat Rock. June married John A. Bacarella, April 4, 1964, in St. Patrick's Church, Carlton. He died January 20, 2004. She was a cosmetologist for 40 years, working at Sue's Beauty Shop, Temperance, and Murl's Beauty Shop, in Ida. A member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, June was past Vice President, Sergeant At Arms, and Junior Auxiliary Advisor for the Lynn C. Weeman American Legion Post 514, Ladies Auxiliary. She was also a member of the Cops and Robbers and Wide Awake Bowling Leagues.

Surviving are: son, John (Victoria) Bacarella, Jr; daughters, Bridget (John) Gibbs, Lisa Bacarella, Theresa (Tom) Muirhead; brothers, Dan (Jane) Henning, Robert (Jackie) Henning, John (Pat) Henning, Ronald (Tracy) Henning, David (Shirley) Henning; sisters, Barbara (Edward Kirt) Odom, Carrie (Don) Sharp, Peggy (Fred) Nolff; Katherine (Anthony "Rocky") Oberski; sisters-in-law, Angela (Clifford) Venier, Rosalie (Edward) Gose; grandchildren, Valerie, Jon, Taylor, Samantha, Blake, Jacqueline, Jerica, Victoria, Matthew; great-grandchildren, Anthony, Angelina, LeAnn, Jon Jr., Aria, Alexandra. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a granddaughter, Ashley Ann Bacarella; a grandson, Infant Muirhead; and a sister, Mary Henning.
