Iva D. Sproles, 68 yrs, of Ida, died Saturday, September 18th, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Friends may call at the Capaul Funeral Home, Ida, Tuesday from 1-8 PM. Services will be at the funeral home Wednesday at 11 AM. Rev. Harold Raymond will officiate. Cremation will follow.

Born October 2, 1941, in Speedwell, TN, Iva was the daughter of Maynard and Mossie (Minton) Marlow. She married James Sproles May 29, 1959, in Athens, AL. She loved to work in her flower garden, quilting, and being with her grandchildren.

Survivors include: her husband, James; sons, James L. (Kathleen) Sproles, Terry (Lynette) Sproles; step-son, Keith (Tammy) Sproles, step-daughters, Teresa (Joe) Mower and Bev (Tim) Bunge, her father, Maynard Marlow; brothers, William Ray Marlow, Charles (Sharon) Marlow, Danny (Betty) Marlow; sister, Shirlene Krauss; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mossie Marlow, a brother, Ernest Marlow, and a grandson, Nicholas Sproles.
