Donovan Lloyd Ferguson,Sr, 65 yrs, of Ida, died Monday, April 26th. Friends may call at the Capaul Funeral Home, Ida, Thursday, from 1-9 PM. Services will be at the funeral home Friday, at 11 AM. Pastor Betty Marrow of Faith Chapel, Church of God, Temperance, will officiate. Burial will be in Lulu Cemetery.

Born June 24, 1944, in Toledo, he was the son of Donovan and Lois E. (Poland) Ferguson. He married Elaine Langrehr October 11, 1961, in Florida. Donovan was a truck driver for 36 yrs, retiring in 1999. Mr. Ferguson was honorably discharged from the US Army in 1972. He was a member of Faith Chapel, Church of God. Surviving are: his wife, Elaine; a son Donovan L. Ferguson, Jr, of Ida; and sisters, Dorothy Bashaw and Linda Smith, both of Toledo. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Sharon Langrehr.
