Lorraine L. DuVall, 61 yrs, of Monroe, died Thursday, October 28th,  while under the care of Mercy Memorial Hospice of Monroe. Friends may call at the Capaul Funeral Home, Ida, Monday, from 12-8 PM. Services will be at the funeral home Tuesday, at 1 PM. Pastor Ted Kerr, of Prince Of Peace Lutheran Church, Ida, will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park, LaSalle.

Born May 12, 1949, in Monroe, she was the daughter of Alvin and Julia (Hoover) DuVall. A resident of Harbor House, Bolles Harbor, where she was known as "Mother Hen", she had also resided at Live At Home, Inc, in Monroe, from 1987-1999. She was a member of Prince Of Peace Lutheran Church, Ida.

Survivors include: a brother, Richard (Susan) DuVall, of Temperance, and a sister, Patricia (Rev. Don) Thomas, of Brighton, MI. She was preceded in death by her parents.
