JoAnn Wright, of Petersburg, died Thursday, November 26th  at Ebied Hospice, in Sylvania, OH. Friends may call at the Capaul Funeral Home, Ida, Sunday from 1-9 PM. Funeral services will be at the funeral home Monday at 11AM. Rev. Hargus Tuttle, of Eternal Rose Old Regular Baptist Church, Cleveland, OH, will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Petersburg.

Born in Buckingham, KY, JoAnn was the daughter of Evertt and Carrie (Osborn) Hall. She was a line worker for General Motors, working at both the Detroit and Adrian Plants, retiring in 1999. JoAnn married James Wright November 23, 2004, in Livonia, MI. She was a member of the UAW, Local 2031, Adrian.

Surviving are: her husband, James, of Petersburg; two sons, Roy West, of Paducah, KY, Jeffery (Geri) West, of Taylor, MI; a daughter, Elizabeth "Libby" (James) Alexander, of Farmington Hills, MI; a brother, James Hall, of Bloomfield Hills, MI; three sisters, Jeannette Ramey, of Leitchfield, KY, Barbara "Danny" Eaves, of Columbus, OH, Emily (Pete) Youngert, of Fenwick, MI; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters.

Memorial contributions for Mrs. Wright may be made to the American Cancer Society.
