Lisa P. Wertenberger, 39 yrs, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, died Monday April 13, 2009 at The Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, Virginia. Friends may call at the Capaul Funeral Home, Ida, Sunday from 7-9. There will be a Memorial Service at Redeemer Fellowship Church, Monroe, at 11 AM Monday. Dr. John Piipo will officiate.

Lisa was born June 23, 1969 in Malaysia, Philippine. She married Wayne Wertenberger III December 24, 1991 in Malaysia, Philippine and became a United States Citizen in 1996. She worked as a teller for Federal Credit Union for ten years in Virginia.

Survivors include: her husband, Wayne; a son, Raffy Pelonio at home, a father-in-law, Wayne Wertenberger II of Monroe, and  grandparents-in-law George & Joanne Lajiness of Monroe. She was

preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
