Gertrude Faye Reilly, 93, of Monroe, formerly of Ida, died Tuesday, April 7th at Fountain View of Monroe. Friends may call at Capaul Funeral Home, Ida, Thursday from Noon to 8PM and Friday from 10AM until 1PM. Services will be in the Funeral home at 1PM. Richard VanWaes (Lay Minister) of Church of the Nazarene, Jackson,Tennessee, will officiate. Burial will be in Lulu Cemetery in Ida.

Mrs. Reilly was born September 29, 1915, in Fairfield,Illinois. She was the daughter of Charles A. and Henrietta (Harris) Kirkman and the eldest of 11 children. She married Earl Roland Reilly. He died March 16, 1979. She graduated from Stone School of Ida,MI and was employed by Owens-Illinois Libby Glass in Toledo,Ohio where she was a glass cutter and designer for 30 yrs. She also worked for Howard Johnson, Toledo, Ohio for 3 years and in her youth she worked for the Ida Tomato Canning Company of Ida, MI.

She is survived by three sons, Robert(Dorothy) of Ida, Richard(Donna) of Deerfield and James of Monroe; a daughter, Joyce(Richard) VanWaes of Jackson, Tennessee, two brothers Howard(Sharon) Kirkman of Bowling Green, Ohio, Chester(Joyce) Kirkman of Lady Lake, Florida, a sister, Clarabell(Floyd) Grodi of Sylvania, Ohio, 9 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceeded in death by 2 brothers, 4

sisters and one infant grandson.
