Larry Dale Kreps III, 11 yrs. old, son of Larry Jr, and Shawn (Beck) Kreps, died unexpectedly Sunday, February 22, at Toledo Children's Hospital.

Friends may call at the Capaul Funeral Home, Ida, Wednesday, from 4-9 PM, and Thursday, from 1-9 PM. He will lie in state at St. Michael's Lutheran Church, Ottawa Lake, MI, Friday, from 10 AM until services at 11 AM. Pastor Mark D. Gibbs and Fr. John LaCasse will officiate. Burial will be in Lulu Cemetery.

Larry was born January 25, 1998 in Toledo Hospital. He was a 5th Grade Student at Ida Middle School. He attended St. Michael's Lutheran Church. Larry had such a passion for life. He was active in Country Charmers 4-H Club, and the Junior Livestock Association. He played football for the Monroe First Downers Wildcats, and baseball and basketball through Ida Recreation. He

enjoyed playing Dartball with his Dad on the church league. He was also a church usher. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting, trapping, and riding four-wheelers. He was an avid Ida sports fan.

Larry is survived by his loving parents; his sister and special friend, Lauren; his grandparents, Roger Beck, of Ottawa Lake, and Sue Kreps, of Temperance; a great-grandmother, Mary Salenbien, of Maybee; and aunts and uncles, Dean and Pennie Kreps, Luke and Bethany Kreps, Mary and Jeremy Hosler, Kim Beck, Brad and Mari Beck, and Jenel and Seth Brady.

He also loved spending time with all his cousins, whom he dearly loved, Jacob and Joshua Beck, Zane Gerber, Paxton, Presly and Sophia Kreps, and Ben, Faith and Anna Hosler.

Larry was preceded in death by his grandmother, Jane Beck, and his grandfather, Larry Kreps, Sr.
