Cecil Venzke, 86 yrs, of Petersburg, died Sunday morning, October 5th at Fountain View of Monroe. Friends may call at the Capaul Funeral Home, Tuesday from 1-8 P.M. Funeral services will be private with burial in Pleasant View Cemetery, Petersburg.

Mrs. Venzke was born June 7, 1922, in Ida Township, to Esley and Monique (Charland) Wright. She married Ernest A. Venzke, June 6, 1941, in Monroe County. He died in August, 1988. Cecil worked as a housekeeper for various area homes. She was a former member of St. Peters Lutheran Church, Petersburg and loved working around the house, gardening, and canning.

Survivors include: a son, David (Kathleen) Venzke, of Petersburg; a daughter, Anita (Ernest) Greer, of Petersburg; a brother, Louis Wright, of Sandusky, OH; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; four brothers, Ernest, Peter, Olin, and

Max; and a sister, Susie Ryall.

Memorial contributions for Mrs. Venzke may be made to St. Peters Lutheran Church,

Petersburg or the American Diabetes Association.
